Kingston Vocal and Music Dept. compete in district

The Kingston High School Vocal and Music Department competed in Durant for District contests on March 8. The DepartmentisStateboundfor the 8 th consecutive year. KHS mixed choir received 1’s on stage and in sight reading and KHS Treble Choir received 1’s on stage and a 2 in sight reading. KHSalsotooktwoMiddle School Choirs to the district contest for the first time. Middle School mixed choir received 2’s on stage and in sight reading. Middle School Treble Choir received 1’s on stage and in sight reading.
