Joseph “Joe” Arthur Decker, 81 of Kingston, passed away peacefully in his home on April 22, 2024. He was born on January 7, 1943, in Carney, Okla, to Glen O. and Iris Martha (Johnston) Decker. He married the love of his life, Patsy, on July 17, 1965 in Midwest City, Okla.

Joe proudly served his country in the US Army as a combat engineer before embarking on a successful 34-year career as a sales executive with Goodyear. His professional achievements were only surpassed by the love and dedication he showed to his family and friends. Joe’s life was enriched by his their love and the joy they brought him. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patsy Decker of Kingston, Okla; his daughter, Elizabeth Wilson-Dober of Dallas, Texas; his grandson, Conner Wilson, and granddaughter, Olivia Wilson, both of Lubbock, Texas.
