Some parents are worried that there might be more victims. One parent was interviewed by KTen and wished to remain anonymous.

'I know this person has spenttimewithmydaughter, and I know we've not been notified about anything,' the parent said. 'So how many other victims are there?'

Mitchell said there are steps parents can take to ensure the safety of their children and make sure they haven’t been victimized by Capps.

'If they have any concerns that their child was a victim or know something about it, then they need to go through their phone, speak to their children and definitely report it to the police department,' Durant detective Brandon Mitchell said in an interview.

An online search came up negative for any Oklahoma priors.
